Agency Manager provides tools for agencies to manage staff, client sites, attendance, tasks, documents, notifications, and reports.
Information we process
Depending on the features used, Agency Manager may process names, email addresses, phone numbers, account credentials, attendance and leave records, precise location for GPS attendance, optional selfie or document photos, chat content, and device tokens for notifications.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, manage staff and client sites, record attendance, support agency operations, deliver notifications, provide reports, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with the user’s authorized agency and service providers needed to operate authentication, hosting, database, notifications, and file storage. Access is limited to authorized purposes.
Advertising
Agency Manager uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display banner advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app usage, and ad interaction data to provide, measure, and improve advertisements. Ads may be personalized according to Google and device settings. We do not receive or control all data processed by Google for advertising. For more information, review Google's Privacy & Terms. You can manage advertising and privacy settings through your Android device and Google account settings.
Location, camera, and notifications
Location is requested only for GPS attendance or active shift features. Camera access is requested only for optional selfie verification and document or photo capture. Notifications are used for operational alerts. Android permissions can be revoked in device settings, although related features may stop working.
Security, retention, and deletion
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Data is retained while the agency account or applicable business records require it. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data, email hemangratilalraja@gmail.com from the account email with the subject “Delete my Agency Manager account”. We verify requests and delete the account and associated personal data where legally and operationally permitted.
