Contact

Say hello. Tell me what you are building.

Email is the fastest way to reach me. A few lines about the project and what is currently in the way is usually enough for a useful reply.

The direct route

hello@hemangbhai.in

No forms routing into a void, no ticket numbers. If you write to me, you get me.

What happens next

  1. You send the short version

What you are building, who it is for, and what is blocking it. Links to anything that exists already help.

  2. I reply with honest questions

Usually a handful of specifics — scope, constraints, deadlines — and whether I think I am the right person.

  3. We agree on a first step

Scope and price before anything gets built, so neither of us is guessing halfway through.

Questions

The ones that usually come first.

If yours is not here, ask it in the email. Short questions are welcome.

What kind of work do you take on?

Android apps in Kotlin and Compose, hand-coded websites and small web apps, and the odd automation tool. If a project needs something outside that list, I will tell you honestly rather than learn on your budget.

Do you work on existing sites, or only new builds?

Both. A lot of useful work happens on something that already exists — a page template that is slow, a checkout that loses people, a form that silently drops messages. I start by reading what is there before proposing changes.

How do you price projects?

Per project, quoted after a short conversation about scope. You get the number before work starts, and if the scope changes we agree on the change before I build it.

Can you work with our existing team or agency?

Yes. I am used to joining a codebase with its own conventions and contributing without rewriting everything to my taste. Clear commits, small changes, and conversation when something looks risky.

Do you handle hosting, domains and launches?

I can set up deploys and handle the launch, or work with whatever your team already runs — your call. I will tell you if your current setup is the thing making the site slow.

One last thing

Not sure if your idea is a project yet?

Send it anyway. Half of the useful conversations I have start as a vague paragraph and end with a clear first step.
