Permissions & privacy
What it asks for, and why.
Agency Manager needs an account provided by your agency, or an agency registration. Some features need an internet connection, and camera, location or notification permission.
Location is used for attendance, and only while the user starts a check-in or check-out and has granted permission. Photos are used for optional selfie verification and employee documents. Account details — name, email and phone number — are held by the agency workspace and shared with authorized users of that workspace.
It is an internal operations tool: the data belongs to the agency running it, and staff see their own work rather than everyone else's.
