What it does

Four things a portfolio actually needs.

Written for someone who checks the market once a day, not once a minute.

Twelve markets, twelve currencies

  • NSE, BSE, US, London, Tokyo, Hong Kong, XETRA, Paris, Toronto, Australia, Singapore and crypto
  • Every holding is written in its own currency the way that currency is written — ₹1,25,000.50, $3,400.22, ¥310,500
  • Totals are grouped per currency, so rupees are never silently added to dollars

Numbers that tell you the truth

  • Today's and overall gain or loss, per holding and for the whole portfolio
  • A live card that turns green with a blinking dot while that market is trading
  • Nineteen indices on the home screen — NIFTY 50, SENSEX, BANK NIFTY, S&P 500, NASDAQ, FTSE 100, DAX, NIKKEI 225, HANG SENG and more — pick any three
  • The app says when a price is live, delayed or could not be fetched instead of showing a made-up number

A trade log, not just a total

  • Buy and sell transactions with realised profit, purchase totals and a trade counter
  • Quantities, buy prices and notes stay editable per trade
  • CSV export of every trade for your own spreadsheet
  • Family or shared portfolios — separate owners on the same phone

Backup you can carry

  • JSON backup and restore, kept where you choose
  • Light and dark themes, laid out for phones and tablets
  • Works with mobile data off — the portfolio is always readable
  • No sign-up, no account, no analytics

On the phone

Four screens, no ceremony.

Home, holdings, the trade log and settings.

Home screen: index cards, portfolio summary and holdings
Portfolio screen: gainers and losers tabs, search, sort, and every holding with average price, current value and profit
Transactions screen: every buy and sell with quantity, price and realised profit
Settings screen: portfolios, backup and restore, CSV export, theme

Where your data lives

Your holdings stay on your phone.

Quantities, buy prices and notes live in a local database on the device. There is no account, no sign-up and no cloud database — nothing about what you hold is uploaded anywhere.

The only thing that leaves the phone is a ticker symbol, sent to a public market feed to fetch its price. Never a quantity, never a purchase price, never a total. With mobile data and Wi-Fi off the portfolio still opens and reads exactly as it was left.

One banner at the bottom of the screen keeps the app free. It is served by Google AdMob, which adds the internet permission for itself; the ad request never carries your holdings. There is no full-screen ad when the app opens and none between screens.

Free, with one banner ad. A single banner sits at the bottom of the screen and is served by Google AdMob. With mobile data and Wi-Fi off, every part of the portfolio still works — only prices wait.
Not investment advice. Prices come from a public market feed and can be delayed. MyStockPortfolio keeps your own record; it does not recommend a buy or a sell, does not place orders and does not connect to a broker. Check prices with your broker before you trade.
