Where your data lives
On your phone, not on a server.
Your bill records are stored locally on your device. Bill Buddy does not require an account, and shared message text is processed on-device.
The app includes banner advertising powered by Google Mobile Ads, which is what keeps it free. The one thing it never does is move your payment records to the cloud — the JSON backup you export is yours to keep wherever you choose.
Bill Buddy is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not make payments and does not connect to your bank account, so always confirm the payment details with your biller before paying.
